Teresa is the fifth generation of her family born in Arlington, Texas. Having relocated to the Seattle area 27 years ago and putting down roots, she and her family call the Puget Sound area their home.
Obtaining her Real Estate license shortly after moving to the area, she has worked in different fields of Real Estate for the past 24 years and has remained loyal with the same MacPherson family. The first 2 years in Real Estate sales and then joined the team in MacPherson’s Builder Services division for 16 years before moving into the Community Association Management division 10 years ago. She is a member of the Community Association Institute and takes ongoing education in both Community Association Management and Real Estate.
Utilizing her knowledge obtained working in the Real Estate field, Teresa has helped Homeowner Associations manager and maintain their properties for the past 10 years. Her knowledge runs the full spectrum of Community Association Management from maintenance and construction issues, the sale of homes in the community to the administrative aspect such as audits, yearly budgets and reserve studies. Helping communities maintain one of the most important financial investments, their homes, is what Teresa considers is the heart of Community Association Management.
