Jana Zaffarano

I have 23 years experience as a Community Association Manager along with 20 years of construction management experience.  I am very knowledgeable in contract administration as well as skilled in training on-site personnel.  I take pride in managing a portfolio which contains Associations that have stayed with me for as long as 10 years.  I am a very detail oriented, organized and efficient Community Association Manager.

As a Contract Administrator for a major Developer in the area, I coordinated the construction schedules for the department as well as solicited bids from vendors and subcontractors to submit to the Project Managers for review.  While working in the Land Development Division for the same Developer I was instrumental in the process of transitioning single family communities from the Developer to the Homeowners Association.

I am a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and attend regular meetings to keep informed and stay up to date on all facets of HOA management.  I have attended a variety of CAI accredited courses and seminars including completing The Essentials of Community Association Management.  I am currently working on obtaining additional CAI designations.  I acquired my Washington State Real Estate License in June, 2002.
